目的:分析探讨药品储存的ABC分类管理模式。方法:用药品ABC定期定量管理法,确定库存上下限量。结果:有效地把采购间隔期内的药品储存控制在7d库存量内,加速了医院资金周转,减少了购药频率。结论:采用ABC定期定量管理,使药品上下限量的设定,更为合理简便,易于实施。

Objective： To analyse the function of the ABC rule of periodical and quantitative management in managing drug stock control, Methods：Setted the lower and the upper limitation of the storage of every kind of drug with the ABC rule of periodical and quantitative management. Results.The drug stock was controlled within the amount of sale in 7 days effectively. The velocity of fund was also speed up, and the frequency of purchase was reduced in the same time. Concluslon：The ABC rule of periodical and quantitative management can set limitation more reasonable and convenient,and easier to put in practice than other ways.
