Technical revamp and operation of a 40 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant

介绍40 kt/a硫酸装置的技术改造及生产运行情况。改造主要包括沸腾炉改造、用石墨间冷器代替铅间冷器,用4台多孔板支撑缩放管换热器和1台普通无缝钢管换热器代替7台气体换热器。改造后装置生产能力提高到60 kt/a,工艺技术指标达到预期目标。

Technical revamp and operation of a 40 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant are described. The fluidized bed roaster was revamped and a lead indirect cooler was replaced by two graphite ones and 7 conventional gas heat exchangers were replaced by 4 ones with convergent-divergent tubes supported by perforated baffles and one with seamless steel tubes. The capacity of plant was increased to 60 kt/a and the technical indexes were up to the expectant targets.
