摘要
论述热管省煤器在硫铁矿和冶炼烟气制酸装置转化系统的应用。通过加强主风机出口和一吸塔出口至换热器的管道保温,同时适当改变各转化段及换热器的工艺参数,以提高Ⅲ或Ⅳ换热器出口三氧化硫气体温度,然后在这些部位增设热管省煤器,从而提高废热回收率。此外,在热管内放置氧化铜块,将生成的氢气氧化成水,以防止热管失效。
Application of heat pipe economizer in conversion system of pyrite-and metallurgical off-gas-based sulphuric acid plants is discussed. Waste heat recovery efficiency is increased by improving insulation on the piping from main blower and intermediate absorption tower to heat exchangers and adjusting process parameters of each bed in converter and heat exchangers to raise the temperature of SO3 gas at the outlet of Ⅲ or Ⅳ gas heat exchanger and install a heat pipe economizer herein. Besides, a copper oxide block is fixed inside heat pipe to oxidize H2 produced to H20 to prevent the failure of heat pipe.
