摘要
提出了旅游机会指数和旅游决策的内、外在影响因素.并利用统计软件SPSS和数学软件MATLAB建立正交转置载荷矩阵,对日本、韩国外国游客的旅游决策的内在可控因素进行了研究,发现日本、韩国游客决策感知的新特点:交通、设施、旅游景点和服务水平属于一级影响维度;价格和距离属于二级的影响维度;好客程度属于三级影响维度.同时还分析了内在不可控因素及外在影响因素,并探讨了其成因和解决方案.
Traveling opportunity index and inherent and extrinsic impact factors of traveling decision- making are proposed. Inherent impact factors of Japanese and Korean tourists' decision-making are analyzed by establishing a model of orthogonal transposition of the load matrix through statistical software SPSS and mathematics software MATLAB. It is shown that Japanese and Korean tourists transportation, attractions, service and facility stand first as influence dimension, price and distance second, friendliness of local people third. Simultaneously, the intrinsic uncontrollable factors and the external influence factors are analyzed, their reasons discussed and the correlation proposal offered.
