Social Accountability with a View to Harmonious Society

企业社会责任标准(SA8000)是全球第一个可用于第三方认证的企业社会责任国际标准,是国际社会责任运动的产物。SA8000标准旨在通过有道德的采购活动,改善全球劳工的工作条件,体现了对劳工权益的保护。在构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下,针对我国劳工权益法律保护比较薄弱的现状,推行SA8000标准可以有效地协调劳资双方的关系,推动和谐劳动关系的形成与发展,从而促进社会主义和谐社会目标的实现。

As a result of international social accountability movement, SA8000 was born as the first mternauonal standard of social accountability that can be used in the third party attestation. The purpose of SA8000 is to improve the working conditions of laborers of the world through moralistic purchasing activities, thus reflecting the protection of laborers＇ rights and interests. With the background of building a harmonious society of socialism and in view of the current situation of weakness in the protection of laborers＇ rights and interests in our country, to promote SA8000 can coordinate in an effective way the relationship between laborers and employers, promote the formation and development of harmonious labor relationship and thus promote the realization of harmonious society of socialism.
