在大学生成长过程中,校外德育基地、青春创业基地、实习基地各自发挥了不同的作用,同时也存在职能单一等问题。整合各基地资源,是进一步提高基地实效性的重要措施,并将在大学生“德育教育”、“素质拓展”、“就业实习”与“人才乳化”过程中发挥更大作用。

In the process of college students growing, bases for extracurricular moral education, for adolescent business starting and for internship have produced different marked effects. But some problems do exist. Single functional authority is one of them. The integration of different base resources is an important measure to improve the actual effect of the bases. It will also play a significant role in the course of ＂moral education＂, ＂quality extension＂, ＂employment internship＂ and ＂elite cultivation＂.
