摘要
毛细管电泳法测定四味土木香散中氧化苦参碱的含量。苦参碱的线性范围为:25- 150μg/mL相关系数为0.9998;线性方程为y=0.742268x-3.4708。RSD(n=5)为0.45%;平均回收率为 99.76%。该法简便、快速、结果准确、重现性好。
A new capillary electrophoresis method has been proposed for quantitative analysis of oxymatrine in compound Sophara Flavescens Air. Oxymatrine showed a good linearity between 25. 0-- 150μg/mL with the correlation coefficient 0. 9998,y= 0. 742268x--3. 4708. The relative standard deviation is 0. 45%. The recoveries are in the range of 97.31%--103.65%. The result indicated that the method was simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and reproducible.
