摘要
采用GC-MS方法建立草果挥发油指纹图谱,探讨气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)连用技术在草果挥发油质量控制方面应用的可行性。采用气质连用的方法,对不同产地的草果油的指纹图谱进行比较分析。草果挥发油指纹图谱共检出10个特征峰,特征峰峰面积之和占总峰面积的90%以上;其精密度、稳定性、重复性均符合有关规定。不同产地草果油的指纹图谱中各成分均得到了较好的分离,具有特征性和唯一性,因此本方法可作为草果油质量的控制方法。
Chromatographic fingerprints of amomum tsao-ko in different places were determined by GC-MS, and analyzed by fingerprint similarity evaluation software. The 10 feature peaks in fingerprints of amomum tsao-ko were identified over the 90% of the total area of the peaks. RSD of precision and reproducibility is in the range of 5 %. The method is characteristic and unique,and can be used for quality control of amomum tsao-ko.
