摘要
明胶为稳定剂,EDTA-2Na为掩蔽剂,硒与4-甲基-邻苯二胺生成络合物,其激发波长和发射波长分别为442nm和493nm。硒浓度在0.125-0.75μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为 0.46μg/L,此法用于测定银杏叶中的痕量硒,获得满意的结果。
A new method for determining trace selenium was established based on the reaction of selenium with 4-methyl-1,2-phenylene-diamine to form a fluorescent complex in the solution including glutin and EDTA. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 442 and 493nm, respectively. The calibration curve is linear over the range of 0. 125--0. 75μg/mL with detection limit of 0. 46μg/L. The method was applied to the determination of the trace selenium in gingko'leaves with satisfactorv results.
