摘要
研究以La,Fe,Co及Sb粉末为起始原料,用机械合金化热压法合成填充式Skutterudite化合物LayFeCo3Sb12的可能性和合成条件,研究了La填充分数对LayFeCo3Sb12电性能的影响。结果表明,原料粉末机械合金化10h,在650℃热压2h,合成了填充Skutterudite化合物LayFeCo3Sb12。LayFeCo3Sb12化合物的电导率σ随La填充分数的增加而降低;当y<0.6时,Seebeck系数随La填充分数的增加而增加,功率因子α2σ随La填充分数的增加而降低。
The probability and synthesis conditions of filled skutterudite compounds LayFeCo3Sb12 by mechanical alloy and hot press using La, Fe, Co and Sb as start powders are studied in this paper, and so is the effect of La filling fraction on thermoelectric properties. The results show that : the filled skutterudite compounds LayFeCo3Sb12 can be synthesized from the start powders by mechanical alloy for 10 h and hot press at 650 ℃ for 2 h; the electronic conductance decreases with the increase of La filling fraction; the Seebeck coefficient increases and power factor decreases with the increase of La filling fraction, when y 〈 0.6.
