摘要
桥式起重机采用工字形截面作为主梁,使用多年后该结构形式的主梁上翼缘板和腹板连接的主焊缝及母材多处产生裂纹,甚至发生主梁断裂事故。对这种结构的受力特征进行分析,以实测数据对主梁剩余疲劳寿命进行计算,根据分析结果确定整改措施并加以实施。
Cracks occurred in the main weld joining the web and upper wing panel of an overhead crane girder of I-section, some of which have expanded to the structure material and even led to girder fracture. Mechanical analysis of the structure was made; the residual life-time of the girder was calculated based on the testing data; and reinforcement measures were determined and implemented according to the analytic results.
