摘要
建立测定苄基甘氨酸乙酯的紫外分光光度法。苄基甘氨酸乙酯浓度在0~54.82μg·mL-1范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.8×103L·mol-1·cm-1。样品加标回收率平均值为102%,方法变异系数为0.47%。该方法具有较高的灵敏度、准确度和精密度,适用于不同工艺路线生产苄基甘氨酸乙酯的测定。
A new ultraviolet spectmphotometfic method is proposed for the determination of N-benzylglycine ethyl ester. Beer law is obeyed when the concentration range of N-benzylglycine ethyl ester is between 0 ~ 54. 82μ g · mL^-1. The apparent molar absorptivity is 6.8 × 10^3 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. The average of recovery for spiked standards is 102%, and the coefficient of variation is 0.47%. The proposed method boasts high sensitivity, accuracy and precision in the determination of N-benzylglycine ethyl ester produced by different processes.
