摘要
城市医院的改革发展是整个医疗卫生战线改革发展的重要组成部分,是城市现代化建设的窗口和重要标志,也是构建和谐社会要解决的一个具有举足轻重作用和地位的问题。作者分析了影响我国城市医院现代化建设的重要因素,指出,医院在改革发展中必须紧紧抓住“体制”这个主要矛盾,用科学发展观指导医疗卫生改革发展和用唯物史观分析我国城市大医院的20余年的改革发展。
