摘要
从医院安全文化、医院体制(系统)和个人因素三方面对负性事件案例进行了剖析,提出构筑医院安全文化的思路,如转变观念,建立畅通、安全、不被惩罚的负性事件汇报渠道,借鉴其它产业的经验,临床治理和风险管理,持续不断的教育与培训。
The authors analyzc safety culture,hospilal system and individual factors meeting adverse effect of cases.They suggest that developing safety culture in hospital,including changing value,developing smoothly,safety abverse effect reporting system without punishing ,learning from other industries,clinical regulation and risk management ,continuous education and training.
