摘要
在分析产业集群中存在的网络活动及集群的创新形式的的基础上,提出在产业集群中会自发形成区域创新网络,但仅仅是初级阶段的区域创新网络,并对进一步构建和完善区域创新网络提出培植集群企业的创新能力、引入技术创新的源头、完善科技中介服务体系、充分发挥政府功能等对策建议。
Based on the analysis of network activity in the course of industrial cluster and its innovative style, the opinion is approached that industrial cluster can form regional innovative networks naturally, just in primary period, and furthermore some countermeasures and suggestions such as to foster enterprises＇ innovative capacity, to introduce innovative source, to perfect media system and to bring government function into full play are put forward to build and perfect regional innovative networks.
