In strengthening democratic management and thanks to the hospital transparency, workers＇ fights to know, deliberate, participate and supervise are secured, workers＇ awareness of ＂owners of the hospital＂ are raised, workers＇ enthusiasm are trig- gered, the management- worker relationship are better, integrity of the management are improved and the social ＆ economic benefits of the hospital are increased.
