质的评价与量的评价是教育评价方法中的两种基本评价范式，两者共同构成教育评价方法的体系基础。针对当前教育评价中存在的主要问题，新课程评价需科学分析质的评价与量的评价的特点以及各自的优势和局限性。质的评价与量的评价的整合才是教育评价的正确道路。

Qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation are two basic evaluation modes in the educational evaluation method, both of which constitute the bases of it. In the light of the main problems of current educational evaluation, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of the two kinds of evaluation methods together with their advantages and limits. The integration of the two kinds of evaluation is the right way to educational evaluation.
