摘要
【目的】研究托西酸溴苄铵(bretylium tosilate,BT)对实验性心律失常模型的影响。【方法】采用氯化钡和结扎左冠状动脉前降支方法制备大鼠心律失常模型,观察BT的保护作用。【结果】BT可明显对抗氯化钡所致的大鼠心律失常,延长心律失常诱发时间,缩短心律失常持续时间;对结扎左冠状动脉前降支所诱发的大鼠心律失常也有一定的对抗作用,并可减轻结扎造成的心肌缺血。【结论】BT具有良好的抗心律失常作用。
[Objective] To observe the antiarrhythmic effects of BT. [Methods] Experimental arrhythmia models in rats were prepared by using BaC12 and ligation of coronary artery. Changes of EKG were observed for the effects of antiarhythmic. [Resuits] Results showed that BT has obvious antiarrhythmic effects in BaC12 induced arrhythmia models. BT significantly prolonged the onset of arrhythmia and decreased the duration. In ligating coronary artery induced arrhythmia model, BT had some antiarrhythmic effects, and protected the cardiac muscle in the period of ligation. [Conclusion] The effects of antiarrhythmia on experimental models in rats showed that BT had obvious antiarrhythmic effects.
