Probing into the Mixed - Tangled Causes of the Renaissance and Religion Reformation in German

文艺复兴与宗教改革是西欧从黑暗的中世纪走向近代的两场伟大的运动。在德国,人们往往注重的是宗教改革,而忽视文艺复兴的存在;或者承认其存在,但把其看成是宗教改革的前奏。文章认为德国文艺复兴与宗教改革运动始终重叠在一起,并从四个方面就二者混缠的原因作了初步探讨。

The renaissance and the Reformation were both great movements lasting from the gloomy middle Ages to Modem Times in west Europe. In German, people often attach much importance to the Reformation but ignore the ever - existence of Renaissance. Or even if people aclmowledge its existence, they regard it merely as the prelude to the Reformation In this essay, it is stated that the Renalssance and the Reformation in German mixed up and tangled from beginning to end.
