摘要
本文从传播学的角度来分析领导行为,通过对领导行为的过程、所追求的目标与传播媒介关系的梳理,阐述了在这样一个媒体无所不在的时代,媒介素养在领导者素质中的重要地位、作用与领导水平的关系,提出了有效运用传播媒介实施领导行为的一些具体方法。
With the angle of mass communications, it is analyzed of the process of actions, the goals of the leaders, which have some associations with the media So, media has played an important role in the quality of different leaders, who are hoped to apply media when they in power.
