复发性膀胱癌生物学行为的临床分析

对１７８例复发性膀胱癌进行回顾分析。结果显示：复发高峰时间为术后第二年（３２．６％），肿瘤复发次数以单次者居多（５９．０％），肿瘤期级是影响肿瘤复发、转移、死亡的最主要因素，多发性肿瘤易出现多次复发，肿瘤多次复发者死亡率高于单次复发者。通过预后不同的两组病例分析对比，探讨复发性膀胱癌的生物学行为及治疗对策。
