冷战结束后,文化在国际政治中的地位和作用不断提升。中国要在国际社会中发挥作用,就必须融入国际社会。中国文化将会成为中国融入国际社会的重要力量,它在塑造自己国际形象的同时,又与世界各种文化交流对话,在交流中促进相互了解,在对话中加深相互认同。

After the Cold War, the position and role of culture in international politics have been constantly promoted. To come into play in the international society, China must be a part of it. Chinese culture will become the major force for China to be a part of the international society. Whilst establishing its international image, Chinese culture also exchange with various cultures in the world, thus improve mutual understanding and recognition.
