健康教育媒体材料制作的创新与探索——《中国结核病防治健康教育材料资源库》的创作介绍

《中国结核病防治健康教育材料资源库》(工具箱)的创建是健康教育材料设计制作工作中的一个创举,有着里程碑的意义。其创新点是：集40多种材料于一“箱”,材料种类之多在国内为首次；材料的设计创作过程完全按照国际上通行的材料设计步骤,进行了严格的预试验；平面材料画面尽量简洁,删除所有与核心信息无关的内容；首次尝试专门为不识字的受众创作并使其能够接收到信息的平面材料；工具箱中的材料模板适合不同层面的使用需求,为各地的改编、增加当地机构名称或电话号码等留出了空间,也为少数民族地区提供了范本,适合各地不同的情况。

The development of China Toolkit for TB Control is a great pioneering work and milestone in the H. E. materials development. The innovations are as： All over 40 kinds materials are put into one ＂box＂ ;That is the first trying in the country; The process of materials development is fully according to the steps of materials development that are usually used in international programs. All materials have been pre-tested strictly; In the plane materials there are no any messages unrelated to key contents in the menu; We developed the material for illiterate people first time; The toolkit can be used in different levels and with different methods. There are some spaces for adding names of local organizations and telephone number. Also there are some models for minority people.
