摘要
目的探讨高校教师运动与健康的知识、态度、行为特点,为相关的干预研究提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查,自制调查问卷,对河北省高校714名教师运动与健康的知识、态度、行为进行统计分析。结果有80.0%以上的教师在运动与健康知识上,有较高的认识水平。在运动与健康的态度方面,能主动参与体育锻炼的男性(64.7%)显著优于女性(51.3%)。男教师(22.3%)和女教师(10.4%)在过去一年每周锻炼超过3次者,差异有显著性。结论高校教师运动与健康知识水平高,态度、行为较差。应采取有效干预,增加其运动行为,降低健康危险行为。
Objective To explore the level of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) about exercise and health among teachers in colleges and universities and to provide basis for intervention programs. Methods The regression investigation method was conducted. Knowledge, attitude and practice about exercise and health among 714 teachers were analyzed with self-designed questionnaires in Hebei's colleges and universities. Results Among them, more than 80.0% teachers had much knowledge about exercise and health. The attitude of exercise and health in the males (64.7%) was significantly higher than that of the females (51.3%) participating in physical exercise on their own initiative. 22.3% of the males and 10.4% of the females did exercise more than 3 times a week in the past year. The difference between males and females was significant. Conclusion Teachers have much knowledge and low attitude and behavior about exercise and health. Measures should be taken to prevent risk behavior of health and increase exercise activity in colleges and universities.
