目的:慢性皮肤溃疡慢性迁延,难以治愈,给患者造成极大的身体和精神上的痛苦,而临床治疗方法多样,且效果均不佳,因此研究慢性皮肤溃疡的治疗具有重要意义。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1993-07/2004-06相关文章,检索词为“ulcer,skin,chronic,therapy”,限定文章语言种类为English,同时检索中文期刊全文数据库1994-01/2005-04,检索词为“溃疡,皮肤,创面,慢性,治疗”限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:纳入标准:有关慢性皮肤溃疡及慢性皮肤创面治疗的实验性研究。排除标准:①重复研究。②个例报道。资料提炼:共收集到相关文章142篇,排除重复类似研究,选择其中13篇进行综述。资料综合:随着人口老龄化趋势和心血管疾病、糖尿病等发病率的不断增高,慢性皮肤溃疡的发病率也不断上升,且该病慢性迁延,难以治愈,临床治疗中存在很大困难。手术治疗有效却有一定的手术适应症,中医治疗治本可是见效慢且效果不一定,物理治疗只能作为辅助治疗,各类生长因子治疗能明显促进创面愈合,组织工程皮肤和骨髓间充质干细胞均为较新兴的治疗方法有很好的发展前景。结论:目前对慢性皮肤溃疡的各种治疗方法各有利弊,组织工程皮肤和骨髓间充质干细胞作为较新兴的治疗方法有很好的发展前景。

OBJECTIVE： Chronic ulcer of skin is deferred and hard to heal, and it brings great pain to patients either on their body or spirit. There are many ways to deal with the disease while the effect is poor, Therefore, it is of great importance to develop an effective clinical therapy for chronic ulcer of skin. DATA SOURCES： Correlative articles were retrieved from Medline with the key words of ＂ulcer, skin, chronic, therapy＂ in English between July 1993 and June 2004. Meanwhile, other relevant articles were also retrieved from China Journal Full-text Database with the key words of ＂ulcer, skin, wound, chronic, therapy＂ in Chinese, STUDY SELECTION： Inclusion criteria： Experimental study related to chronic ulcer of skin and therapy of chronic wound of skin; Exclusion criteria： ①repeated studies; ②case report, DATA EXTRACTION： There were 142 literatures in accordance with the selection criteria, 13 were selected and others were excluded due to the repetitive and similar researches. DATA SYNTHESIS： With the developing trend of aging population and the increase of morhidities of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, the morbidity of chronic ulcer of skin increases. It is deferred, hard to heal and difficult to deal with in clinical therapies. Operation has good effect but also has operative adaptation; however, traditional Chinese medicine has slow and uncertain effect. Physiotherapy is only regarded as assist therapy, Therapy of various growth factors can promote healing of wound obviously. As a new therapy, histological engineering skin and marrow mesenchyme stem cell have a good prospect. CONCLUSION： Presently, there are many therapies of chronic ulcer of skin and each has advantages and disadvantages. As a new therapy, histological engineering skin and marrow mesenchyme stem cell have a good prospect.
