声门图相的量化分析 被引量:2

摘要 运用声门图相多媒体分析处理软件SMT-1,对正常成人64例、声带息肉90例、声带小结20例、声带麻痹12例,以及环杓区肿胀86例的声门图相进行量化分析。结果表明,声门图相可从图相定性辅助诊断向定量诊断方面发展;声门图相量化分析,有助于对喉部病变的认识,并可提供嗓音学研究资料。 Each anatomical position of glottic morphologic gram recorded by video stroboscope was analysed by multi-media analyser (computer). This tecnique was designed and applied to clinic in 1993. The glottic morphologic grams were recorded in 64 normal adults,90 patients with polyp of vocal cords, 20 cases with chorditis nodosa, 12 with paralysis of vocal cords, and 86 with cricoarytenoid area swelling. The tecnique was developed from gram qualitative auxiliary diagnosis to quantitative diagnosis. The software analysing system, clinical material and operating reqire-ment .quantitative analysing data of normal people and laryngopathy were introduced. It is suggested that analysing glottic morphologic gram quantitatively help us to know larynx pathological changes and supply phoniatric research material.
