内窥镜手术治疗耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科疾病10例报告

Endoscopic surgery of difficult and complicated cases in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery

报告10例耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科疾病患者经内窥镜手术治疗的结果,并对该治疗的有关问题进行讨论。提示内窥镜手术具有术野清晰;损伤小,安全可靠,病人负担轻,恢复快等优点;在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科临床治疗中有广阔的应用前景。

In order to have a deep understanding about endoscopic surgery (ES) used in oto-laryngology-head and neck surgery .clinical material of 10 difficult and complicated cases operated by ES are discussed in the paper. It suggests that ES be well used in otolaryngology and head-neck surgery. Among the serious cases,3 tumors in lateral skull base and infratemporal fossa,3 cases of dubious recurrent malignant tumors in nasopharyngeal space and posterior ethmoid sinus after ra-diotherapy, 1 case of acatalepsia tumor in intraorbital and posterior ethmoid sinus, 1 case of huge metal foriegn body in posterior ethmoid sinus and 2 cases of foriegn body in peri-sphenoid sinus had been treated.
