摘要
采用标记链霉菌素-生物素免疫酶技术结合微波炉处理方法,对15例成人型喉乳头状瘤,10例喉部不典型增生,2例喉原位癌,10例声带息肉以及6例正常喉的组织标本进行了检测,结果发现:在73.3%(11/15)喉乳头状瘤、40%(4/1f)喉不典型增生和50%(1/2)喉原位癌中检测到p53蛋白过度表达,而10例声带息肉和6例喉部正常组织无一例出现p53的过度表达。提示:p53过度表达是喉癌发生中的早期事件,而p53的过度表达可能为具有高度癌变危险的癌前病提供早期诊断的辅助指标。
Immunostaining with p53 monoclonal antibody DO-7 was examined in 15 samples of laryngeal papilloma.10 samples of atypical proliferation of larynx,2 samples of laryngeal carcinoma in situ, 10 samples of polyp of vocal cord,and 6 samples of laryngeal normal tissue using the labelled strep-avidin-biotin immunoperoxidase technique combined with a microwave oven heating method. Over expression of p53 protein was found in 73% (11/15) samples of laryngeal papilloma, 40% (4/10)samples of atypical proliferation of larynx and 50% (1/2) samples of laryngeal carcinoma in situ. But none of the 10 samples of polyp of vocal cord and 6 samples of laryngeal normal tissue expressed p53. The detection of p53 over-expression in premalignant lesions of larynx suggests that p53 over-expression is an early event in laryngeal carcinogenesis. Over-expression of p53 protein may be an early biomarker for identifying those premalignant lesions which have the greatest risk of carcinogenesis.
