直肠癌术后并发症的防治

The managcment of postoperative complication of rectal cancer.

目的探讨临床工作中直肠癌术后并发症的防治方法。方法136例手术治疗直肠癌患者,统计其术后并发症的发生情况。结果18例发生并发症。其中15例存活,包括骶前大出血3例,单侧输尿管损伤2例,后尿道损伤1例,早期粘连性肠梗阻2例,结肠旁沟疝1例,切口裂开3例,人工肛门狭窄2例,吻合口瘘1例,上述并发症均经手术或相应处理治愈;3例死亡,包括术后发生多器官功能衰竭抢救无效死亡2例,肺部感染死亡1例。结论直肠癌术后并发症经相应处理,预后良好。

Objective To investigate the prevention and cure of postoperative complications of rectal cancer. Methods Postoperative complications were classified in 136 patients with documented rectal cancer. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 18 patients. Of which 15 patients survival, including 3 sacral venous plexus hamorrhea , 2 oneside ureteral injure, 1 posterior urethral injure, 2 early adhesive ileus, 1 rupture of paracolic sulci, 3 disruption of wound, 2 enteroproctia stenosis and 1 stomal leak, all the complications were cured by operation or other treatments. 3 patients died, including 2 multiple organ failure, 1 pulmonary infection. Conclusion Postoperative complications mainly result from improper treatment during the operation or postoperation, it can be reduced by appropriate preventive measures.
