颈段肿瘤等中心定位与治疗技术

The isocentric localization in treatment of cervical tumors.

目的介绍颈段肿瘤等中心定位与治疗技术。方法常规等中心定位并体表标出激光灯“十”字,旋转治疗床至照射野避开肩关节治疗颈段肿瘤。结果避免患者双侧肩关节对射野的干扰,保护脊髓等正常组织,在水平野照射,病灶即可达到根治。结论此方法的应用,将处于较特殊部位的颈段肿瘤的治疗变得易行,且重复性良好,对于有放疗设施的基层医疗机构,不失为一种有效的治疗方式。

Objective To introduce the isocentric localization and treatment technology used in cervical tumor. Methods Isocentric localization in routine way and marking the laser cross in body surface and revolving the bed made radiation field avoiding the shoulder joint. Results The interference of shoulder joints in radiation fields could be obviated, and the spinal cord could be protected. The patients could get radical treatment does in level radiation. Conclusion This method has a better reproducibility and simple to treat cervical tumor.
