麦洼牦牛和犏牛乳中上皮粘蛋白PAS－I的研究

Epithelial Mucin PAS I in the Milk Samples from Maiwa Yak and Cattle Yak

采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析了麦洼牦牛和犏牛乳中上皮粘蛋白ＰＡＳ－Ⅰ，结果凝胶经银染色后ＰＡＳ－Ｉ仅显示出一条区带，其分子量与中国荷斯坦牛乳中ＰＡＳ－Ｉ相近．

Epithelial mucin PAS I is assayed in the raw milk of Maiwa yak and cattle yak with SDS PAGE.The result shows that only one band of PAS I is observed followed silver staining of the gels,with molecular weight similar to that from Chinese Holstein milk.Also,PAS I differs among individuals in concentration in the raw milk as well as in mobility on SDS gles.
