摘要
目前,可用传输容量多用作一种技术性指标,而较少结合市场信息提供商业可行性特征。文章针对暂态稳定问题比较突出的互联电网,提出了一种融入市场特征的可用传输容量计算模型,通过统一考虑暂态稳定约束和发电机的出力概率,利用暂态能量函数和数值仿真,计算一定概率水平下区域间的可用传输容量。算例分析结果表明,所提模型能够为跨区交易提供较合理的市场信息。
At present, available transfer capability (ATC) is usually adopted as a technology index but seldom combined with market information to offer commercial feasibility features. For the interconnected power grid in which transient stability is the key problem, an ATC calculation model integrated with market features is proposed. By means of unified consideration of transient stability constraints and generators' output probabilities and utilizing transient energy function and numerical simulation, the inter-area ATC under a certain probability level can be calculated by the proposed model. The simulation results of an interconnected power grid consisting of two regional power systems show that the proposed model can offer rational market information for inter-area transaction.
