放电等离子烧结钛/氧化铝的界面反应

摘要 研究了用放电等离子烧结的Ti/Al2O3在1 200℃和30 MPa条件下界面反应特性,用X射线衍射和电子探针微区分析了界面反应类型。结果表明:Ti/Al2O3界面反应为反应扩散型,即氧化铝首先发生分解,分解出的Al原子扩散进入Ti中,扩散距离约为62μm,界面处Al原子的摩尔分数x高达42.49%,Ti与Al在界面区发生反应,在贫Al区生成Ti3Al相,贫Ti区生成TiAl相等界面产物,O原子固溶于Ti中。 The composites Ti/Al2O3 were sintered by spark plasma sintering at 1 200℃ and 30 MPa. The properties of Ti/ Al2O3 interracial reaction were investigated. The reaction types were measured by X-ray diffraction and electron probe microanalyses. The results indicate that in the Ti/Alz03 interracial reaction, Al2O3 is first decomposed, the mole fraction of Al atom x is 42.49% in the interracial area, and then Al atom diffuses into the Ti area about 62μm. Ti3Al is formed in the area of poor Al, TiAl is formed in the area of poor Ti,O atom is dissolved into Ti.
