摘要
依据带辅助结构光V形焊缝及其弧光和飞溅干扰图像的特点,尝试结合投影法和曲率法的优势,设计了一种满足实时性要求的焊缝特征点提取的曲线拟合算法。试验结果表明,该算法具有精度高,抗干扰性能力强的特点。
This paper designed a curve fitting algorithm for the characteristic parameter extraction from V-shape weld seam image with structure light, which was based on the distrubance characteristics of arc light and splashes and the superiority or projection and curvature methods. The experiment results showed that this algorithm has high precision and strong antijamming
feature.
