药物流产后宫腔残留物的二维及彩色多普勒图像分析

Analysis of B-type and Color Doppler Ultrasound Image on Intrauterine Remains after Drug Abortion

目的探讨超声对药物流产后宫腔残留物的诊断价值。方法对1251例药物流产后可疑宫腔残留物进行二维及彩色多普勒检查,刮宫物送病检。结果病理诊断宫腔残留1214例,二维超声以宫腔不均质回声团为诊断标准,符合率达51.57%(626/1214),彩色多普勒以探测到滋养细胞周围性血流为诊断标准,符合率达98.35%(1194/1214)。结论彩色多普勒是目前诊断药物流产后宫腔残留最有价值的检测手段,其血流频谱特征具有特殊诊断及鉴别诊断意义。

Objective To explore the value of Ultrasound in diagnosis of intrauterine remains after drug abortion. Methods One thousand two hundred and fifty-one patients Clinically douted with intrauterine remains were examined by B-type and Color Doppler ultrasound and endorretvial biopsy. Results Only 626 Cases （51.56 % ） were found uneven intrauterine echogram by B-type ultrasound, but 1194 cases （98.35 % ） were detected image of peritrophoblastic flow by colorful Doppler ultrasound. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound is the most valuable exaiming method at present in diagnosing intrauterine remains after drug abortion, its character of blood flow spectrum have the special and distinguishable significance.
