反相HPLC法测定四种柴胡的柴胡皂式a,c,d含量 被引量:2

摘要 The saikosaponin a, c, d in Chinese Thorowax were determined by RP-HPLC with UV detecter at the wavelength of 205 nm. The optimal experiment conditions were ODS (5 micron) colum, mobile phase of acenitrile-water (4: 6) and quinoestrol as internal standard. This method is simple, rapid and the reproducibility is good. The saikosaponin a, c, d in Chinese Thorowax were determined by RP-HPLC with UV detecter at the wavelength of 205 nm.
