规范化脑电图在难治性癫痫术前定位中的临床价值

Value of standard EEG on refractory epilepsy forsurgery location.

目的探讨规范化脑电图（EEG）在难治性癫痫（EP）术前定位中的价值。方法对30例行手术治疗的难治性EP患者术前行常规EEG检查及规范化EEG检查（包括减、停药物、剥夺睡眠诱发、应用蝶骨电极等），描记清醒、睡眠两种状态下的EEG变化，重点描记睡眠中NREM和REM期，检查时间为90～120min。结果规范化EEG的EP波检出率高于常规EEG，定侧、定位率由43％提高到87％。睡眠状态下NREM期和REM期局灶性放电较清醒期明显增加。结论认为规范化EEG检查对定位致痫灶有较高价值。

Objective： To investigate the value of standard electroencephalography （EEG） on refractory epilepsy for surgery location. Methods： SO refractory epilepsy patients who received surgery were studied. Common EEG examination and standard EEG were performed before operation including reducing or stopping of medicine, depriving sleep inducement,sphenoid electric pole, ere）. Examination lasted for 90-120 minutes, The EEG ehanges during consciousness and sleep, especially during NREM and REM period in sleep were recorded. Results： Standard EEG method could significantly increased the positive discovery of epileptic wave compared with common EEG in our group （from 43 % to 87%）. Local epileptic electrie activity was mueh more in NREM and REM term than in consciousness. Conclusion： There is a great value of standard EEG on epileptogenic focus location.
