矿产资源开发与经济协调发展浅论——以福建省安溪县为例

DISCUSSION ON THE HARMONIOUS DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN MINERAL RESOURCES EXPLOITATION AND ECONOMY——TAKING ANXI,FUJIAN AS AN EXAMPLE

我国人口众多,资源相对不足,合理利用矿产资源是当今资源开发的主流,是实现可持续发展的重要战略。我们必须正确处理好经济发展同人口资源环境的关系,寻求资源环境与经济协调发展的最佳途径,推进矿产资源的合理利用与社会经济的健康发展。本文以福建省安溪县为例,旨在抛砖引玉。

There are heavy population and rdative shortage of resources in China, therefore, reasonable utilization of mineral resources is important in resources development, and also an significant strategy to realize the sustainable development. The relationship between economic development and population, resources and environment should be dealt with properly. Taking Anxi, Fujian as an example, seeking for the best way of the harmonious development between resources environment and economy, the reasonable utilization of resources and healthy development of social economy are advanced in this paper as well.
