矿山复垦可以恢复矿区土地使用功能,保护耕地,恢复生态环境。而中国矿山复垦率不足10%。成立专业化的矿山复垦公司,建立和健全法律法规体系,通过矿山复垦项目规划设计的专业化、资金投入的社会化和运作的市场化等途径,实现矿山复垦的产业化,解决矿山经济可持续性发展问题,使矿山经济健康稳定发展。
Mine reclamation can revivify the utilization function of mining land, protect the farming land and renovate the ecologic environment. However, the rate of mine reclamation in China is lower than 10 percent. Forming specialization companies and establishing and perfecting laws and regulations system, through the specialization of mine reclamation＇s planning and designing, the socialization of fund input and the marketization of operation, the industrialization of mine reclamation can be achieved. The sustainable, healthy and stable development of the mine economy can be realized as well.
