摘要
采用Pechini型溶胶凝胶法制备出系列纳米级铕掺杂的碱土金属钒酸盐。并采用电镜,红外光谱,室温荧光光谱对粉体的性质进行表征。结果表明所制备的粉体的粒径在20~50nm之间,并且这些发光粉的性质与碱土金属离子的半径密切相关;由于Ca2+离子的半径与Eu3+的最接近,因而Eu3+更容易进入其晶格,表现出好的发光性质。
A series of europium doped alkali earth orthovanadates were prepared by Pechini-type sol-gel, The powders were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), infrared spectrum (IR) and photoluminescence (PL). The results of TEM show that high-quality nanopowders with controlled particle size about 50 nm were prepared. The relation between alkali earth ions and luminescence properties was observed from the results of luminescence spectra. Due to the similar ion radius of Ca^2+ ions and Eu^3+ ions, Ca3 (VO4)2 :Eu powders exhibit the strongest emission intensity among the four kind of phosphors.
