摘要
对水性聚氨酯预聚体中异氰酸酯基团的容量测定进行了研究。以丙酮为溶剂,二正丁胺-甲苯溶液为反应液,无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯为稀释剂,与传统的甲苯-二正丁胺法相比,提高了测量的准确度,而且具有很好的重现性。
Content of isocyanate group in waterborne polyurethane prepolymer is tested with acetone as solvent, n-dibutylamine - toluene solution as reaction liquid and ethyl acetate as thinner.This improves the accuracy and repetition rate of the test compared with traditional toluene - n-dibutylamine method.
