产脂肪酶根霉的诱变及其酶促酯化反应的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过紫外线诱变获得产脂肪酶菌株UV_7-2,使其脂肪酶活力比原始菌株提高了30%。同时对该酶的酯化性质进行了研究,并用正交试验方法确定了合成油酸正丁醇酯的最佳条件。最佳条件为温度35℃,时间10h,加酶量为300μ(约干细胞粉0.85g)。 In this study,a mutant UV7-2with lipase activity is obtained by ultraviolet.Its lipase activity in creases.from 135μ/g to 175μ/g.Esterifacation by the Lipase is also studied.The optimal conditios for the synthesis of oleic acid and n-butanol are obtained by single factor examination as well as orthogonal experiment.The optimal temperature is 35℃;time 10hr;enzyme volume 300μ.
