摘要
目的通过对福建省三明市三元区并殖吸虫虫种和各阶段宿主及其感染率、感染度研究,调查三元区并殖吸虫疫源地。方法捕捉螺-、溪蟹和野猫粪标本,按常规方法进行并殖吸虫囊蚴、尾蚴和虫卵的检查、留置观察和感染动物试验。根据病人线索进行人群感染率的调查,并了解当地地理、环境、气候。结果检查放逸短沟蜷654只、洱海螺新种846只、拟钉螺(待定种)135只和235只沼螺,只在1只洱海螺中检出并殖吸虫尾蚴,检出阳性率为0.12%。充当第二中间宿主的福建华溪蟹和华南三角肢溪蟹新种携带有卫氏并殖吸虫二、三倍体型,斯氏狸殖、泡囊狸殖、三平正并殖吸虫囊蚴,蟹的感染率为44.28%,平均每只蟹和每克蟹组织携带囊蚴分别为24.90和2.47;人群皮试阳性率为8.64%(21/243),皮试阳性者作血清抗体检测,阳性率为23.81%(5/21);3份野猫粪标本有2份检出并殖吸虫虫卵和孟氏裂头绦虫虫卵、缩小膜壳绦虫虫卵及一种棘口吸虫虫卵。结论三元区为以斯氏狸殖吸虫为主的肺吸虫病高度疫源地,同时也是孟氏裂头绦虫、缩小膜壳绦虫及一种棘口吸虫的自然疫源地。
Objective To Fred out the epidemic focus of Paragonimiasis with the investigation on species, hosts of different stages, infection rate and degree of infection in Sanyuan. Methods SnaiLs, crabs, stools of wild cats were caught for examination on metacercariae, cercariae and eggs. Infection rate of animals and the population were examinated. The geographic and environmental conditions of those areas were also investigated. Results 654 Semisulcospira liberlina, 846 Erichi sp.nov, 135 Tricularfujiaenais and 235 Assimili were examined. Cercariae of Paragonimus was only found in Trlcularfujiaensis, with an infection rate of 0.12%. Sinoptamon fujianenae and Huanahaipotamon trilatum sp.nov. Served as the second intermediate host harboured metaceroariae of Pagumogonimus skrjabini, P.veoculads, P.westermani, and E.cenocopiosus. Infection rate of which was 44.28%(62/140) with an average number of 24.90 metacercariae per crab and 2.47 per gram of crab tissues. So,infestation index of metacercariae was 27.23. The positive rate of skin test in people was 8.64% (21/243). The positive rate of Paragonimus antibody of positive people of skin test was 23.81%(5/21). Eggs of Paragonimus Spirometra mansoni, Hymenolopis diminuta and Echinostomatidae were detected in 2 muck specimens of mountain cat. Conclusion Sanyuan district is a severe endemic of Paragonimiasis causing by P.skrjabini. And also the endemic area of Spirometra mansoni, Hymenolopis diminuta and Echinostomatidae.
