美罗培南和亚胺培南-西司他丁对100株革兰阴性杆菌体外抗菌活性比较 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解革兰阴性杆菌对美罗培南的敏感性。方法用肉汤稀释法测定美罗培南对临床分离的100株革兰阴性杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并与亚胺培南-西司他丁进行比较。结果美罗培南对100株革兰阴性杆菌的MIC50和MIC90值仅为亚胺培南-西司他丁的1/5-1/2。特别是对铜绿假单胞菌,美罗培南对铜绿假单胞菌MIC50为1mg/L,而亚胺培南-西司他丁MIC50为4mg/L。两者的敏感率分别是90%和50%。结论美罗培南对革兰阴性杆菌的抗菌活性明显优于亚胺培南-西司他丁。 Objective To investigate the antimicrobial activity of meropenem against gram negative bacterial isolates. Methods Broth dilution method was used to determine minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of meropenem for 100 clinical gramnegative isolates. The results were compared with MICs of imipenem-cilastatin. Results The MIC50 and MIC90 values of imipenem-cilastatin were 2 to 5 times higher as those of meropenem, especially for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The MIC50 value of meropenem against P. aeruginosa was 1 mg/L, while the MICro value of imipenem-cilastatin was 4 mg/L, Susceptibility rate of the 100 strains to meropenem and imipenem -cilastatin was 90% and 50% respectively. Conclusions The antimicrobial activity of meropenem against gram negative bacteria outweighs that of imipenem-cilastatin.
