清朝为了防止日美在对朝鲜政策上勾结,想利用列强间的矛盾,维持中朝之间的宗藩关系,极力促成朝美之间签定了1882年《朝美通商条约》。它是朝鲜与西方国家签定的第一个不平等的条约,此约不仅导致了朝鲜的全面开国,而且成为中国和朝鲜宗藩关系破裂的诱因。

Abstract： The Qing Dynasty in order to prevent Japan and America collude in the Korean policy, thought use big powers contradiction,and maintain between China and Korea＇s relation between the ＂suzerain and vassal state＂, facilitated between Korea and US to evaluate vigorously in 1882 ＂Korea-American Treaty of Amity and Commerce＂. It was Korea and the western nations the first unequal treaty, this not only caused Korea comprehensively to found a country approximately, moreover became the contributing factor which Qing- Dynasty and Korea＇s relation between the ＂suzerain and vassal state＂ burst.
