Investigation into alanine alminotransferase in serum of 2523 healthy adults

目的调查2523例健康成人血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平。方法采用37℃连续检测法测定 2523例健康成人ALT的血清水平。结果血清ALT水平呈偏态分布和对数正态分布。参考值为:男性9～57U／ L;女性7～47U／L,男性高于女性,男女间有显著性差异(P<0．01)。结论该参考值基本反映了健康成人血清 ALT的水平,可供临床参考。

Objective： To investigate anine alminotransferase in the serum of 2523 healthy adults. Methods The anine alminotransferase in serum of 2523 healthy adults were detected continuously at 30℃. Results The anine alminotrans- ferase in serum showed ＂skew distribution and log normal distribution, and referential value was 9-57 U/L in male and 7 -47 U/Lin female. There was significance between the male and the female. Conclusion The values essentially reflect the ALT in serum and can be referred to clinically.
