摘要
本文对北京大学医学部1997级、1999级、2000级三个年级的本科生进行了问卷调查。目的比较多媒体教学法及在此基础上的实物教学法及互动教学法在学生学习中医阴阳五行学说、中医基础辨证、中医诊断方法,尤其是在常用中药、方剂等中医学基础理论方面的效果。方法前者使用多媒体教学,次者采用多媒体教学加实物教学,后者在前两者基础上加入互动式教学。对三者的调查问卷、考试成绩分别进行统计学分析。结果与单纯多媒体教学相比,多媒体教学加实物实地教学能够加深学生对中医学基础理论,尤其是对中药方剂的理解、掌握,而互动式教学能够提高学生对学习中医学的兴趣,三者结合能够提高学生中医学考试成绩。
Objective The article adopts the investigation questionnaires to the undergraduates of the grade 1997, 1999 and 2000 of Beijing University' s Medical Department. Compare the effects of three kinds teaching methods: "multi - media" teaching method, "multi -media plus material object" teaching method and "multi -media plus material object plus interaction" teaching method, in the students' studies of the "Yin Yang Wu Xing" ( opposite forces in the world & five elements) theory of traditional Chinese medicine, dialectical basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine, especially in the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine's basic theory, such as common - used traditional Chinese herbal medicines and prescriptions. Methods "Multi - media", "multi - media plus material object", "multi - media plus material object plus interaction" , teaching method are applied for the undergraduates of the grade 1997, 1999, and 2000 respectively. The statistics analysis is done on the investigation questionnaires and exam scores from them. Results Comparing with pure "Multi - media" teaching method, "multi - media plus material object ( & on - the - spot) " teaching method enables the students to deepen the understanding and grasp of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, especially for the Chinese herbal prescriptions, interaction teaching increases the students' interests to study traditional Chinese medicine, and a combination of the three teaching methods improves the students' traditional Chinese medicine exam scores.
