摘要
通过对高职医学和护理学等专业学生的学习现状的调查,分析高职医学生在学习的动机、目标、兴趣、需求和学习能力等方面存在的问题,认为要改变高职医学生的学习现状,提高教育质量,首先要加强学生的教育工作,应当抓住“目标失落与确立、自我冲突与认同、理想困惑与选择、学习依赖与主动”四个方面开展工作。其次是要改革医学高职教育,构建以发展为本的课程体系。
Through the analysis of vocational students majoring in nursing, their problems in learning motivation, aim, interest, needs and capacity have been stated. To change the learning atmosphere and improve the educational quality, we have to grasp the following two key points: Firstly focus on "alternative establishment and failure while approaching the aim,selfrecognition and suspicion while understanding oneself,choice and confusion while setting up ideals and the relation between study initiation and dependant style" in order to lay stress on education. Secondly, design the curriculum based on long - term development to reform vocational medical education.
