Strengthening the effect of educational evaluation and improving teaching quality

教学评估是教学管理部门了解教学情况、进行教学质量监控的有效途径之一。本文对我校组织的自我评估进行了分析总结,对如何提高评估效应进行了探讨。

Educational evaluation is one of the effective approaches for the office of teaching affairs management at a university to keep in touch with real teaching practice and supervise its process and quality. The present study made an overall view and in-depth analysis on the recent self-evaluation event at our university and tried to provide an effective way in making full use of the evaluation in the improvement of teaching quality.
