摘要
文中详细介绍了320×240元长波非制冷微测辐射热计红外探测器片外信号处理电路 的设计方法和技术关键。预处理电路采用运算放大电路对模拟信号进行放大和缓冲,时序控 制电路采用现场可编程门阵列,完成红外焦平面阵列的驱动和模/数、数/模转换的时钟控制。 应用数字信号处理技术实现UFPA的非均匀性校正,依据工程上比较成熟的参考辐射源两点 校正算法。对于各部分电路的性能,本文也给出了相应的测试结果。
The design of a signal processing system for 320 × 240 uncooled infrared focal plane array(IRUFPA) is described. The system consists of pre-processing board, timing control board and image processing board. Several operational amplifiers are configured in various ways to amplify or buffer signals in order to meet circuits electronic requirements. We use VHDL to simulate the timing and clocking control and fulfill the function through FPGA. In image processing, the nonuniformity correction of IRUFPA is discussed. DSP is used to correct IR images due to its high - speed capacity. We also present the test results of our design.
